These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Post & Stone Exterior Care’s services and website. By requesting a quote, booking service, or messaging us, you agree to these terms.

Our services

We provide exterior cleaning — pressure washing, soft washing, and related services — in Rowlett and surrounding communities. Quotes are estimates based on the information and measurements available at the time; final pricing is confirmed before any work begins. Some staining (old oil, rust, deep etching) may be permanent, and we will tell you that up front rather than overpromise.

Quotes, deposits, and payment

A deposit may be required to book your appointment; the remaining balance is due after the job is completed. Payments are processed securely by our payment processor (Stripe). Applicable taxes are added where required.

Text messaging (SMS)

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from Post & Stone Exterior Care about your quote, booking, and service. This is a transactional messaging program for customers who request it.

Scheduling and cancellation

We will confirm your appointment before service. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as early as possible so we can adjust our route.

Satisfaction and limitation of liability

We stand behind our work. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, permanent staining disclosed in advance, or conditions outside our reasonable control.
